We do our best to represent the colour of an item as accurately as possible. COCO LIBERACE cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on this website will match the actual product. If you have any questions regarding a product, please Contact Us before purchasing.
PURPOSE OF GOODS
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

COCO LIBERACE prefers payment via PayPal.
We are also happy to accept payment by direct credit into our account or over the phone by credit card. Please Contact Us to do so.

SHIPPING TERMS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use Express Post via Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. This service guarantees delivery the next business day after posting by 6.00pm. We will endevour to post all items prior to 6pm on the same day payment is received.
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for delivery all over Australia. This rate is based on a maximum weight of 500g. If the combined weight of your purchases is greater than 500g we will contact you to confirm the additional postage cost.
Each item is given a unique tracking number that can be traced through the Australia Post web site at www.auspost.com.au or by calling 13 13 18. No insurance can be offered with this service.
COCO LIBERACE assumes no responsibility for undelivered items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship purchases internationally, please contact us for shipping options. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are aware of their countries importing requirements, applicable duties and taxes. COCO LIBERACE will not be held responsible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS
At COCO LIBERACE our first priority is to ensure that you have a great online shopping experience. Should you be unhappy with any part of your transaction, please Contact Us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase and we will do all we can to address your issues.
EXCHANGES
COCO LIBERACE wants you to be a happy customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with items you receive from us and love your new jewellery. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the items (excluding earrings in order to maintain hygiene standards). Please Contact Us within 14 days of receipted delivery. We will then email you further instructions for returning your item.
Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be exchanged. We will only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging with security tags. Upon receiving the item we will examine the item and confirm whether an exchange is acceptable.
FAULTY ITEMS
We check all items thoroughly before sending them to you. We will never knowingly send a faulty item to you. If goods are faulty you may exchange your purchases or return them for a refund. Please Notify Us of exchanges and refunds within 14 days of receipted delivery. We will then email you further instructions for returning your item.
We will only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging with security tags. If you wear the item or ship back incorrectly we will not accept the items as faulty.
Upon receiving the item we will examine the item and deem whether a refund/exchange is due. If you require a refund you will be given a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.
